Suncoast Powder Coating at 2381 Circuit Way, Brooksville, Florida.

Hello today July 1 Wife just came home from total knee replacement. I recevied a call from bill XXX
at this time since not receiving one phone call from any the Owners I have been dealing with Patrick whom has had my parts since June 1 AND HAS BEEN PAID . I thought maybe I will get my computer parts and paint back powder coated correctly after 31 plus days
Mind you its only 3 parts he has from the nine I gave him.
l returned back his 813 number and Bill answer and asked to explain what happened which in the first BBB you can see I made several phone calls with no return call which I can prove as I have t mobile detail Billing and basic talk billing.
after I explained this is why I had to file a complaint with BBB and Chase bank , and now that wife's home I will go to file in Small claims court ageist the president and vice president of suncoast powder coating
because he ( Patrick ) said he see the imperfections and will correct them in a day or two and after 12 days still nothing no call nothing. Mind you I phoned multible times and also used there own web site and sent 2 emails to there company which I have and printed AND STILL NO CALL OR ANYTHING.
I want my money back becuase not doing a good job the first time and then telling me he would do the 3 pieces over again in 1 to 2 days would have been acceptable. but now from june 1 and not a call back and then to phone me and yell and threaten me?

WELL after I stated to Mr. Bill XXXX about small claim he started yelling which I then switch my phone to speaker phone for my mother to here , He asked me how much was this computer which I told him and he stated he has more money than I ever could have which I said what this got to do with anything? And then he SAID I have your address and know where I live , Yelling this at me I started to get scared now and said , So now your threading me and again he said I'm letting you know I have your address .Now hearing this even my mother said sound like this man is threading you hang up the phone and dont say another word. which I did. I am a disabled person and should not have to worry about a Owner of a business
calling my house and what ? My wife's out of surgery and my mother's here helping us take care of my wife and I am sorry but being disabled
I cannot really defend myself . So at this point my mother said call the sheriff's office and let them know what's going on in case this man does come to the house to hurt us. My address is on his invoice with my phone number.
This company is holding my parts hostage and paint I brought that was delivered to his shop hostage
I have that print out also.
I already paid him and since June 1 only the one phone call from suncoast on June 10 when I found the problem in the powder coating of my parts. And now this Owner of suncoast yelling at me and telling me I know where you I live is pretty scary especially in this day and age.
Because I filed with BBB Is this the right way to treat A customer that paid you up front ? you didn't return a call and now threatned me ?
So I called The sheriffs department
I told the officer and called chase bank and told them what happened an I am actually scared now to go to their shop and they both agreed.
He even started I should go to court house and try and take out a restraining order as to make sure he doesn't come to my house.. But if he does we have it on record. Just call us I was told.
I want my money back 370 dollars and this company can keep the paint and parts I don't want to see any of them except in court with police around , There is problems with this company and its owners.
As you can see be very carefull of this company.My parts and paint hostage and they got my money and i got Threaten. I just want my money back I will take the 55 dollar lost on the paint. I wil be going to court
