My father had a large AC unit installed by them about 5 years ago and it turned out that the employee who did it kind of did a slap-dash job with the finishing (didn't seal holes, joints, etc.). Anyway, the motor in the air handler died the other day and he called On The Mark to come have a look at it. They saw the poor job their EX employee had done and the owner came out and replaced the dead motor without charging my Dad anything, and this was five years after the initial instal! My Dad otherwise would have been looking at several hundred dollars. Sometimes, companies get themselves saddled with some shabby employees, but their response to it was excellent. Will be using them for any and all AC work in the future. =)
