This office might be ok but the insurance company is very poor! Have been with them for over 5 years, never had a claim, never had a ticket, never had my insurance cancelled 0r changed vehicles but my rates keep going up! Got my renewal offer and it is so much higher than last year that I decided to look for other quotes. Direct General sent me an email saying my rates could be as low as $41/month (renewal offer was $76). So I called to find out. Gave the woman all my info and she came back with a quote that was $100/year lower than the offer and had a lower deductible. When I asked her why it was so much less she then realized that I was an existing customer and told me that my renewal was correct and that this policy would actually be higher because I no longer qualified for the "Continuous Coverage Discount". (I am still covered by them and my coverage and policy don't expire until next month). So Liar, Liar pants on fire. Don't believe a word they say.
